Litigations and Arbitration
Our Law Office offers comprehensive legal assistance at every stage of the case. Before the matter reaches court, our lawyers assess the risks in all dimensions and prepare individual action strategy. If the case is ultimately presented in court, we can act for our Clients as attorneys before courts of law, administrative courts, the High Administrative Court and the Supreme Court as well as arbitration tribunals.
At the stage before court litigation, we assist our Clients in assessing the risk of the litigation and together with the Client we consider alternative ways of solving a dispute such as e.g. arbitration. Working closely with the Client, we devise optimum strategies for the proceedings, taking into account all dispute-related risks: time, costs of claiming the debt/defence, image and reputation risks associated with the positive or negative outcome of the dispute. We represent out Clients in dispute litigations and in special proceedings e.g. concerning bankruptcy and reorganisation law, proceedings before the Patent Office.
We handle cases from Clients operating in various market areas: from civil law, labour law, business law, to copyrights infringements, to cases concerning pre-war property and other. We support both small companies and the largest corporations operating presently on the Polish market. Our aim is always to find the best solution for your Client, considering the number of factors that make up the process. We want our Clients to have a full picture of options and consequences arising from litigation in court.
Depending on how complex a case is, we can form a team of experts in various fields of law so as to combine best procedural solutions with the essence of the matter, on which the court would rule. Our lawyers have many years of experience in court litigation and arbitration. Advocate Marek Gajek is listed as recommended arbitrator at the Arbitration Tribunal of the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
