Marta Ślusarska-Gajek

Her area of specialisation is civil and procedural law; she represents Clients in court litigation. The second field of her expertise is labour law – she advises in individual labour law matters and in collective labour law (including mass layouts and disputes with trades unions). Her practice includes also many years of experience in intellectual property law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Mrs Ślusarska-Gajek worked in major international law firms: Hogan Lovells LPP and DLA PIPER WIATER sp.k. (Intellectual Property Department).

She co-authored the book: “Intellectual Property Law in Practice” (in Polish).

She contributed many press articles written for major Polish newspapers: Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

She speaks English.
